Shipping Information

Shipments require a period of 3-5 working days. The rates for orders placed on the site switch-components.com to all of Italy are as follows:

Rates Italy

  • €10 for orders under €19.99
  • €5 for orders under €20.00 to €49.99
  • free for all orders over €50.00

Shipments will be handled by GLS.

European Union Shipments:

  • €15 for orders under 49.99€
  • free for orders over €50.00

How to return a defective product

All merchandise purchased on this site is covered by a warranty, covering defects in manufacturing, design and workmanship. If you believe that the item purchased is defective, please contact us - we may be able to resolve the issue without having to return the product and without incurring shipping costs.

To get a quick response, please contact us at service@gistitalia.it and provide us with a precise and complete description of the defect, as well as the product. Also, if possible, please send photos of the product so we can begin to evaluate the issue. We will then contact you to indicate the next step to take to resolve the issue.

We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible, please be honest and precise in stating the defect. In case we need to inspect the product you will be contacted by phone.

 

Warranty Policy

Skuad does not guarantee against failures or damages due to improper use of the product such as: incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or negligence, use of the product for a purpose other than its intended purpose, alteration of the product without express authorization from the parent company.

Corrosion and deterioration caused by wear and tear of the material defined as product life cycle due to prolonged use will not be covered.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims.

Any item that is repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered for a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original product.

If the warranty period of a product is almost over and repair/replacement is not possible, Skuad reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value or a partial refund in proportion to the remaining duration of the warranty period.

We recommend that you install, repair and use the product in strict accordance with the product instructions, and seek professional advice if you encounter any problems during installation.

In the case of defective products, the costs relating to shipping for the return of the goods and any replacement are at our expense.

Right of withdrawal

As required by Italian law, you can return your product within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods for an exchange or a refund, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety;

The substantial integrity of the goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The Product must be kept and returned intact and complete with all its parts, free from signs of wear, must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

The Product must be returned in its original packaging complete in all its parts;

To avoid damaging the original packaging, we recommend placing the package in a second box, on which to place the label with our address; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
